These terms apply to your use of laneone.us, run by Lane One Media LLC (“Lane One”, “we”), a marketing agency for car dealerships based in Los Angeles, California. By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Our services
This site describes what we do. It is not an offer or a contract. Any work we do for a dealership is covered by a separate written agreement, and that agreement controls if it differs from anything on this site. Free audits come with no obligation, and we may decline a request.
Results and examples
Numbers, case studies and testimonials on this site describe past campaigns. They are not a promise of future results. Results depend on things like your market, budget, inventory, offers and how quickly your team follows up on leads. Vehicle offers shown in our examples belonged to a specific dealership at a specific time and are not offers from us.
Brands and trademarks
Vehicle makes, models, logos and dealership names shown on this site belong to their owners. Showing them does not mean those companies sponsor or endorse Lane One. The Lane One name and logo belong to us.
Our content
The videos, photos, text and design on this site belong to Lane One or to the people who licensed them to us. You may view our pages and share links to them, but you may not copy, download, edit or reuse our content without our written permission. Content we create for a client is owned and licensed as set out in that client’s agreement.
Using the site
Please don’t misuse the site. That includes sending spam or false information through our forms, trying to break into or disrupt the site, and copying it with automated tools.
Other websites
Links to other websites, such as social networks or dealership sites, are there for convenience. We don’t control those sites and are not responsible for them.
No warranties
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Information on the site can change without notice.
